Personality: Before his time away Jude was known as shy and eager- sometimes overeager- to please, bright and insatiably curious about the outside world. Since his return, he has become more shy, more withdrawn, sometimes moody. His submission runs deeply through his personality and his self-perception. He takes joy and a secret pride in pleasing a Master. Jude learns quickly and is skilled at reading people's needs, but tends to be self-deprecating. History/Additional Information: Jude has no memory of life before slavery, and usually finds it difficult to believe those years even existed for him. He doesn't even think much about those other years, the ones before he was trained to serve. Just a long blank space of time where he had no purpose. He was Market property for many years, a popular evening or weekend rental, but one day caught the eye of a Master with a reputation for burning through his cash on fickle contracts. That Master owned Jude for a little more than a year before growing bored and reselling his contract, sending Jude straight back into the Una Market. The experience has left Jude with strongly mixed feelings about returning to the Market. His need to serve and be used is as strong as ever, and he can often be a model slave. But he can just as often be temperamental, sometimes stubborn or approaching defiance; particularly when he fears a particular Master is taking too much interest in him. | |||||||||
